This is our first blend, created over 20 years ago and inspired by our time in Central Asia.  We wanted to create an versatile blend that would be loved by nearly everyone.  It has a complex flavor but still makes you feel cozy, especially while enjoying a french press or espresso.  It was actually conceived for espresso, but works with all brewing methods.
